Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has launched a new website as part of its plan to upgrade and digitalise the services provided to the public and to facilitate access to information and content related to the healthcare system.
The digital content has been updated to reflect Qatar’s ambitious plan for primary healthcare to highlight the efforts made to promote the health system and to make as many services as possible available to the public online.
The new website supports the public health strategy as it focuses on people’s health and integrated care. It is intended to keep pace with the accelerating and huge progress in primary healthcare in Qatar, enhancing communication with the public and optimising the use of information technology to promote health. With its modern features and content, the new website ensures speedy access to the most up-to-date information relating to PHCC’s services, health centres, doctors, events and activities.
It also enhances PHCC’s identity, acting as an awareness platform for public health to all categories of the society. To this end, the top and best digital standards were implemented to develop the website and its content.
This development project was completed by PHCC during the Covid-19 pandemic which has recently impacted all aspects of life in Qatar and worldwide.
