Phase 3 of the gradual lifting of Covid-19 restrictions began yesterday, following the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management’s recent announcement in this regard. This phase includes the reopening of more mosques around the country, barbershops and beauty parlours, gymnasiums, driving schools, restaurants and cafes in malls (except for those in food courts), and nurseries and child care centres. Precautionary measures are to be followed in keeping with the government guidelines, and the reopening is subject to limited capacity.
