Inspectors from the health control section at all municipalities are conducting regular tours to ensure compliance with all necessary health requirements in food establishments, such as hand hygiene, sterilising shopping carts, cleaning surfaces and wearing gloves and head covers, the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) has said.
