Winds, blowing dust from Wednesday, temp spike Tuesday

The Department of Meteorology has warned of strong winds, blowing dust and reduced visibility at many areas of the country beginning Wednesday. Chances are there for mass of dust originating from northern Arabian Peninsula to affect the country, says the Met Dept.
Southerly wind, followed by fresh to strong northwesterly wind will be blowing from the beginning of Wednesday ranging in speed between 15 to 25kt and gusting to 32kt in some areas causing blowing dust and poor visibility below 2km especially in open areas. Wave height is expected to rise above 10ft at times. Northwesterly fresh to strong wind also is expected to affect the country on Wednesday accompanied with dusty conditions.
The northerly wind will be accompanied with drop in temperature from Wednesday evening until Saturday with cold weather at night and mild conditions during daytime as minimums expected to range between 13 to 16°C and maximums between 19 to 25°C across the country.
A noticeable rise in temperature also is expected in the country on Tuesday due to southerly fresh wind with a maximum temperature reaching 30°C in Doha and mid thirties in central and southern areas.
